Fair screen time, synced by parents
How it works:
Start a playdate session
Share the session with a link with other parents
Track activities together in real-time
Three weeks ago I gave my son Minecraft — and I saw instantly how quickly it can become everything.
And honestly… I get it. When I was a kid I'd be on the Sega Mega Drive with my friends, and on the way home I'd literally dip my head in the snow so I could tell my mom: "Yep, I was outside playing." 😅❄️
So I built PlaydateSync: a simple parent solution to keep screen time fair and synced across homes, so kids can't "reset" their minutes by running to the next house — and so it's easier for us to nudge them outside to play.
